During this in-home appointment, our veterinarian will complete a full review of your pet's previous medical history, along with completing an in-home exam. During this appointment, we will discuss all treatment plan options available to you to make your pet's final days, weeks or months the best they can be. One month of medical management with unlimited communication and plan adjustments are included with this visit.
This type of appointment is ideal for pets who still have quality of life but have difficulty continuing to make it into their regular veterinarian, simply due to age and or stress, and could benefit from palliative care.
Please note, medications and return in-home visits are an additional cost
After the initial in-home hospice care appointment, you will have access to telehealth appointments for things like medication refills, new symptom developments, and quality of life assessments.
$45 per follow-up appointment.
When the time comes to say goodbye to your pet, our veterinarian will perform in-home euthanasia in a gentle, caring manner in the comfort of your own home.
